We check your document qualifies before we invoice you.
If it needs notarising first, we’ll tell you and confirm those fees separately.
Going somewhere outside the Hague Convention? You’ll need consular legalisation instead, so please send us an enquiry rather than ordering here.

Turnaround is the working days to obtain the apostille; allow one more working day for despatch and delivery. Prices are per document and exclude the FCDO’s £40 apostille fee, which is added below.

We invoice through Square once we’ve checked your order. Nothing is charged now, and postage abroad is quoted separately if you need it.

Placing an order doesn’t charge you. We’ll review the details, send a Square invoice, and only start once it’s paid. Whether an apostille is the right route is set by the authority receiving your document, so please check their requirements, or take advice from a lawyer in that country.
